We have an extensive network of wholesalers who are able to supply to retailers. Please complete the contact form here. We will then be able to direct you to one of our trusted wholesalers who can supply the products you require in the quantities you require.

Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to supply wholesalers and high-volume customers in bulk quantities, on a recurring basis. We are looking to build direct relationships with customers who can order in pallet quantities on a weekly basis.

Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to sell directly to high volume customers and wholesalers. Furthermore, we will not sell to existing customers of our wholesalers. We would recommend all existing retailers of Soft Touch products to continue ordering via their wholesalers. We also recommend you to sign up on our website as an existing seller. This will allow us to direct potential customers to your store, and send you updates about new arrivals, products back in stock and more.

We take great care with the quality of our products. The rate of returns we experience are negligible compared to the volume we sell.

We only sell directly to a small selection of trusted wholesalers. Most of these order from us very regularly. If your wholesaler is out of stock in an item, it is possible that we ourselves are out of stock. You can check this by visiting showcase. This will show you our complete catalogue, along with Soft Touch's stock availability and product information. If you see an item is in stock, please contact your wholesaler directly and ask them for an update on when they expect to re-stock.

We do not dropship our items. If you wish to purchase our items to re-sell, you would need to complete the new retailers form and we will direct you to one of our trusted wholesalers through whom you can purchase our products.
