Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to supply Wholesalers and High-Volume Customers in bulk quantities, on a recurring basis. (We are looking to build direct relationships with customers who can order in pallet quantities on a weekly basis). Due to the nature of our business, we are only able to sell directly to high volume customers and wholeslalers. Furthermore, we will not sell to existing customers of our wholesalers. We would recommend all existing retailers of Soft Touch products to continue ordering via their wholesalers. We also recommend you to sign up on our website as an existing seller. This will allow us to direct potential customers to your store, and send you updates about new arrivals, products back in stock and more.

We take great care with the quality of our products. The rate of returns we experience are negligible compared to the volume we sell. ​ The items are regularly tested for safety and quality assurance, and all items meet UK standards.
